I'm interested in any parts that someone may have laying around to begin collecting for a manual conversion. Most importantly I am looking for the shift mechanism and linkages that mount to the box.
Shoot me a message if you have any you're thinking of getting rid of.
    Thanks

If you are looking for just oem parts, it's gonna take a long time and be very expensive without a donor car. The last shifter assembly I saw trade hands was at around $10k which is almost the price of a whole kit. Not only is OEM extremely cost prohibitive, the parts are really rare to find. I pieced together a conversion years ago before there were more options than EAG. My friends and I made a lot of the parts and it still ended up costing about what a kit now does.

I'd recommend looking into Modena Lucerna or Cambio Manuale unless you are extremely patient and have a lot of money to burn.

Trevor, ping me at our website https://CambioManuale.com/ with your needs. As Dustin is saying, the OEM parts are hard to find and very expensive. Plus often by now those are quite worn out and ready for a replacement anyway.

Good luck. I have a factory manual and bought some parts just to have around a few years back for a quarter of what they go for now. I would be hard pressed to sell them. There's really no point in going OEM at this point when there are so many aftermarket options available today, some of which are compatible with OEM parts. Since a conversion is still a conversion and tends to be controversial, I don't see the use of OEM parts having enough affect on the value to justify the cost, if you can even find them.

Looking back, I wish these kits were available when I bought my car in 2016. I would have bought a better, lower mileage example and converted it myself.

Thanks for the responses, and now I am seeing just how expensive finding the transmission gear actuator would be. That's really the only part I am looking for, and wanting to make the rest unique. I should of done a bit of research before posting initially.
George you make a really nice product and I respect the amount of time invested to bring it to market. This car is a salvage water damage car that I got very reasonably, a perfect candidate to do some unique non factory modifications without worrying about stock vehicle value. That being said I cant justify the kit cost to have three pedals just yet.
I will be working on a spider hard top as the first major modification project. This will be a removable carbon fiber hard top that will have the exact same look as the soft top, a larger rear glass window, and use all oem style seals. The idea would be a complete removal of the convertible top and components and save a significant amount of weight up top. I'll have to start a thread specific for that once I start.
