360 Modena Seat Problem

Hi everyone ! I'm an happy (or not ) owner of a Ferrari 360 and I've put a tracker by a company and they put me the tracker, since that moment it's impossible for me to move the passenger seat (electric engine) from back and forth It's complicated because the seat is locked at the forth and we can't get in !!
Nothing lock the engine, it does not block, the engine makes a normal sound but the seat stay locked, like a parking mode on a car, I have no idea of what happens so if someone can help me that would be cool !
