360 no start

Battery died after Winter storage,jump started with battery charger(big mistake,I now know).Car has spark,fuel pressure,injectors have power to them but car will not run.However,a little bit of Starting Fluid into the intake causes the engine to fire briefly.I have checked every fuse I can find,and even tried 2 replacement ECU's,still it won't run.It appears that the injectors are not recieving the signal to open.Help wanted,any ideas?
