    I know if i looked long and hard I couild find the answer to this. But here goes... I'm changing the oil in my 2003 360 Spider for the first time and i wondered what you thought of the AMS oil or other synthetics besides the Helix. Thanks for your patience.

    I have only used Helix Ultra in my CS but several dealers have told me they use Mobil One. Personally i would never do it if OEM is available.
