I moved from a 355 to a 360 and when the new car comes out I was wondering how many will keep the 360 or move on.

My bottom line is--who knows? I have been told I will get one of the first 420's into my dealer. Not sure that is a great idea (Ferrari always seems to have bugs to work out during the first year). Also, it depends on what the true performance stats are. Also, ignoring 0-60, bhp, torque, g's on the skidpad, etc., each car has a certain feel. Will the 420 have the same integrated feeling as the 360, will it push the same buttons--who knows? But I am excited to find out.

Probably will wait for the 2nd or 3rd model year..............so probably 07-08. Scottys right, there will likely be many bugs to sort out. My 02 spider still had a few issues.

I was curious if you felt the 360 was so right that you would keep it .

I am skipping overthe 360 entirely and am going to a 420. I have one on order and should get one at the end of the first year of production.

The quality feel and driveability of the 360 makes the wait bearable. It will be interesting to see how Ferrari answers their challengers.

It would be really hard to answer that question without even test driving the car, yet alone seeing it. I guess, for those who always want the "NEW" model, they can answer that now, but for me it would be hard to answer at this point. I really love my 360 Modena and she fits all my driving characteristics and feels JUST RIGHT^_^! So for now, SHE IS A KEEPER!!! And if the 420 is vastly improved but has different characteristics, I will still keep my 360 and maybe purchase the 420 also. Why throw away a good thing if it works for you, right?

If the 420 gets any bigger than the already huge 360, I won't be interested.

The 360 has such pure lines...I think it will be hard to design a better looking Ferrari.

In the horsepower war, I certainly think that it can deserve a boost.

I recently acquired a 360 CS and I just love the simplicity of the vehicle...no radio...no carpet...no navigation....just pure speed.

I have driven other cars with more HPs (LAMBO Murcilago, Porsche Turbo, etc...) but I think it would be hard to ignore the balance Ferrari has achieved in style and power in the 360's. Just look at the aftermarket 360s...they have tons of HPs but the performance is really about the same.

Just one 360 CS owner point of view

Question: do you think the "new" 420/430/460 (there are rumours about a 4.6l engine) will have so many bugs in the beginning?

Why I'm asking: the car will be an evolution of the 360. Chassis will be the same, only cosmetic changes inside and outside, like 348 --> 355.
The engine will be new, but basically it has been used in the Masers for a couple of years then.
    Just my thoughts.
