Hi, i have a 2004 360f1. The car has approx. 3000 miles. I wanted to know when the need changing and which plugs are suggested. Any thing better than OE suggested

They are not supposed to be changed for 30k miles. There really are not a lot of cross referrences for the NGK PMR8A platinum plug. If there is a problem with your ignition (which should throw a code) you either simply need to replace the bad plug(s) or coil(s).

There is ONE cross referrence on a Denso IU24 to the PMR8A, but I am not sure anyone would consider that an upgrade, more of just another oem type alternative.

3 years or 30k is when we recommend plugs.
We are there already( doing belts etc ) so why leave them out. We usually stick with OEM unless a client has a preference, but in reality, most people go WAY longer with no problems. "if it ain't broke don't fix it"
