Cars for Sale: 2003 Ferrari 360 Modena in San Jose, CA 95113: Coupe Details - 374866705 - AutoTrader.com Or is this a CS?
Not a CS, they have a lot of Carbon Fiber on the inside and a badge on the back. Plus CS have an F1 transmission. The ice cold Air must be the reason for the high price.lol IMO, the price should be more around high 70's or low 80's. Good luck! Deiger
Yeah I'm gonna have to agree with Deiger on this one. The seller must be absolutely dreaming with price, especially since it's not even a Spider. Nick
No, just delusional...... Or, it could be one of those times where the wife is demanding he sell it, and this is his attempt to keep the peace......in that case, he's brilliant.
He can ask whatever he wants but will not get it. Highest other price in the nation is $109K. I would say fair market value, asking price, is $85,000.
I was being sarcastic about the CS remark.... MY first thought when I saw the price was it must be an accident CS. When I saw it was not a CS, I think that guy must not really ever want to sell his car.
I vote for the wife saying, "Get that POS out of the garage and sell it"! Followed by, "See honey, I'm trying"!
Here's an even higher one, $125k. This is really funny because there is a 430 for sale in Austin on CL for $112k. 2004 Ferrari 360 Spider F-1 Must see!!!
Prices for the 360 Modena are indeed skyrocketing; much faster than any other model. The market is completely out of control. Get one while you can afford it. Me, I'm hanging on to mine until early next year when it will be worth 200,000 Euro. I'll sell it in January, buy a nice Ferrari 450 and a new Ducati motorcycle, and perhaps some fancy Dutch tulip bulbs. I'll be laughing all the way to the bank. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. If you disagree, do not post here.
I thought we were talking Gated Manual Cars. Here is a snapshot of the cars this year. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
In the UK we are seeing a small increase in value of the 360, especially the manual version, it seems that a large number of manuals have been exported to Australia and other right hand drive countries, mainly happened when the pound was weaker than normal, the manual is preferred as the F1 may not meet their emission controls. I bought my 360 last year and whilst at Brooklands for "Auto Italia" a guy approached and said that he tried to buy the car last year, but his offer was rejected, sadly for him the car is now worth more.
