I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 360 AND IT IS MISSING THE RADIO KEY CODE CARD. DEALER TOLD ME I NEED TO REMOVE RADIO AND THE CODE IS LOCATED SOMEWHERE BEHIND IT. IS THIS THE ONLY OPTION OR IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO GET THE RADIO TO OPERATE? IS THE CODE THE SAME AS WHAT COMES WITH THE KEYS OR IS THAT # SPECIFICALLY FOR GETTING ANOTHER SET OF KEYS. HAS ANYONE REMOVED THE RADIO THEMSELVES FOR ANY REASON AND IS IT DIFFICULT? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

If it's an OEM Becker unit, you may contact Becker directly and for $25 they will provide you the code.

If you need to remove the keys sold on Ebay for a few bucks are all but essential to push back the clips from the bottom of inside of the unit - there's quite good pictures in some of the manuals either with the car or off the Becker site (eg 4527 Mexico)

Your Mercedes dealer will have Becker radio keys in stock for about 4 bucks. They will fit. Another tid bit: If you lose your Silverstone CD disk magazine, or want to have an extra loaded, then Sony cardtridge fits.

Call your local factory ferrari dealer. Give them your VIN and they 9 times out of 10 can give you the code. You may have to give them the serial # from the unit. There is a sequence involving the TP button....hold it down for 10 seconds or something like that...........and you will have the serial number print across the screen. Always worked for me.
