    Hello all,

    While detailing the 2004 360 Coupe I noticed this dot on a cross member.

    It is dead center left to right and is under the radiator overflow container.

    Was it possibly used in construction as a reference for a laser or some other construction aid????

    Any input would be appreciated.

    Don't know about the red mark, but your black hose is pinched.

    That looks like a repair of some sort. The weld that surrounds the red dot is not normally there... Was your car ever inlvolved in an accident ?

    hello,looks perfectly normal,thats where the gearbox support is welded to support frame

    I neglected to mention that it is not painted on.

    It is thin plastic.

    Yeah, there's nothing wrong with it just being a inspection dot from a line worker.

    Really ? Man, I have to take a look at my car. I really don't remember ever seeing that in either of my 360's....
