i was analyzing some photographs of the 360-series, (challenge stradale/modena/modena spider), and i must say this is by far the best car design in history.

it is curvacious yet not over the top. subtle and relatively mean looking. look at the gradually upward-sloping window and that tiny rear-quarter window! everything about this car seems to be perfectly placed and sculpted so elegantly (airducts by door handle and rear wheel).

the only area i feel this car lacks is in the rim department. some novitec's certainly change that though.

another idea, compare 360 images with a dino, is it me or does the 360 look like the perfect design evolution for the dino? for those of you with an imagination: picture the 360 coupe without the rear glass over the engine and in it's place a flat, slated surface; it's a dino!

sorry guys, just had to ramble about the beautiful and imho the best car design in history. plus, it was a slow day at the university.

:D This is what I talk about all day, and what I am in school for. When I look back to my earliest car ideation sketches, they all resemble the 360 a bit...its like I had a subconscious obsession that partly influenced everything I did.

When I was first learning, it was hard to break away from certain shapes of cars I love. Why fix what aint broke ;) Luckily with new technology, we will be forced to create new forms.

If anyone has the time, try to catch 'Future Rides' on the discovery channel at 8pm weds. A couple friends from my school are part of the show through their internships at GM.

GM and Ford have tons of talent, but do not use it :( Detroit is shooting itself in the foot.

    360 is an awesome car
the best thing about it is it's rear window the way look at the rear view mirror and see the engine that's great.
    I love it.
