    Anyone know who to separate the grille from the speaker assembly? I gave the grille a tug, but it seems firmly fixed; Could not find the answer in the F-Chat threads I searched.

    It's just glued on. Use a plastic scrapper. I separated both of mine with no trouble.

    Work your way around the speaker & pry up a little at each spot till it comes completely off.

    This is the kind of thing that I would break...while trying new disassembly techniques...that don't work...
