CS all the way, convertibles look all lopsided! Cars need a roof!

I have both, but I actually prefer driving the F430 on the street because of its low and mid-range torque, as well as its improved ability to smoothly and swiftly launch from first (and second) gears. All three cars serve different functions. I don't know why you are asking others. You have to ask yourself what function(s) you want the car to serve. There is a time and place for each car with which no other car will serve a better purpose.

However, as to the question of if I were forced to choose between driving the Spider and the Challenge Stradale, I'd give up the Spider in one second, because of the way I enjoy driving. The Spider is a much softer car that you cannot push. It feels (suspension, brakes, motor, body flex, etc.) like a station wagon after driving the F430, and feels like an underachiever after driving the Challenge Stradale. It's not that I don't like the Spider, because I do -- I still have it. It is for those warm summer nights when one wants to cruise.

To really enjoy the CS though one has to be an experienced driver to get maximum benefit! I emphasize "be" not assume they are....:)

"really enjoy" and "get maximum benifit" are not one in the same.

Either one can be attained without the other.

    ;)
