Depends on condition but what did the dealer offer you as a trade on the 430?

 

I would guess in the $185-195k range.

I don't know the options, but if it was fully loaded including tubi, a private party sale would be $165,000 to $170,000 provided the 30K service is done. A Ferrari dealer might get $175,000. I have a fully loaded 2002 spider with less miles at asking of $169,950 through a Ferrari dealer with the 30K service just done. I hope this helps.
