I'm planning to replace the OEM Pirelli P-Zero's and am seeking any recommendations re other brands. The only other suitable ones from Tire Rack are Bridgestone and Hankook ... with Hankook looking very attractive. Thank you for any comments.
lots of threads on this topic. http://ferrarichat.com/forum/search.php?searchid=3530655 may require a little diggin' but the answer is in here. DM
I thought the Bridgestones were the OEM tires and that they no longer made the front pair. I replaced my Bridgestones with the Pirelli P Zeros.
Bridgestones were on my car when I bought it, but don't know if they're oem. the 215/45/18 are available again in RE-11 And you can get the Pirelli P-Zeros. tire rack indicates they have BOTH in stock. I switched to 19" 430 wheels, in part because I liked the look, and in part because there are more tire choices in that size. DM
I had the same issues not long ago and I decided to go with the Hankook Ventus V12 Evo tires for my 360 spider. I got them from Discounttire.com because they were a bit cheaper than tire rack. Had them on for a couple of weeks and I am happy with them so far.
I'd appreciate knowing if you notice any difference in ride, handling or sound from your previous tires ... which I suspect were Pirelli P-Zero's. Many thanks.
Hard to determine because I bought the car with the original tires and they were dry rotted so it is difficult to give an accurate impression. Sorry
I put the Hankook on my wifes bmw 745. few months and seem great. Other than a odd sounding name, the tires actually rate high in reviews & are a bargain at current pricing.. Tire rack also carries the Hankooks for the 360.
