I am interested in replacing the stock stereo in my 360 modena with an after market system. Will this effect the alarm system or how will it effect the alarm?

    There are two:

Are you referring to the speaker connection or using an outboard amp with the current Becker front end?

i am referring to the whole harness that plugs into the becker system ....in a crutchfield catalog they offer factory harness adapters for domestic vehicles so if you want to change your head unit but keep all the car harness wire set in the car as it is now .... the adapter would allow you to do that sorta like plug and play hook up

    I have two:

    - one allows an outboard amp to the OEM Becker - in stock
    - the second allows the OEM speaker plug to connect to a new deck or an outboard amp. This one will not be in for about 4-5 weeks unfortunately.

I would not trust Crutchfield connectors on Ferrari connections.

The harness adapter is a standard european /vw harness 70-1784 (You can get it anywhere) just remember the constant and acc wires are backwards for vw... So reverse the red and yellow wires. Then you will need the european antenna adapter also.
