Has anyone done this, or know of anyone who has done this?

    Yes,
I have. I replaced all of the shocks with a set right off a challenge stradale. I took the suspension computer as well as the rear sway bar. It is a huge improvement over the factory ride. Much stiffer but more compliant. The car is now very predictable and solid.

I've also upgraded to the CS TCU. Most all the parts of the CS are interchangeable.

    Interesting. Approximate total cost?

Did it correct the issue with the wheel hitting the fender? Ferrari fixed that design flaw with the challenge stradale by increasing the distance.

I have a full moton suspension on my 360 and it was set to Challenge specs.

Just based on memory, but aren't the 430 components extremely similar (with the F430 potentially a higher ride or preload in the rear)? But the CS has similar rates to a Scud?

Some of us have just changed the alignment, and stiffened up the springs within the capabilities of the stock shock valving...

Are the moton springs progressive? Or it was designed with the same inferred spring rates? Or are you referring to the alignment?

The shocks were revalved by Moton and the springs replaced with something slightly stiffer than the CS springs (which I believe are titanium). The alignment was set to Challenge specs and the whole thing was set up to how the 360 Challenge cars were set to run at bumpy tracks. FWIW, I got that information from the previous owner, who ran some Challenge cars.

nope, i was wrong - f430 is almost identical to the 360, at least with the spring rates.

Be careful when changing for F430 shocks as the ECU is completely different to the 360. The shocks may well work fine with the 360 ECU, but double check beforehand.

I'm running Novitec NF1's. It's a 9.5 up front and 12 in the rear. I've never rubbed with these wheels on. Including at the track. The first set of wheels my car had rubbed occasionally. Mostly due to the wrong offset for the car.

You may need to have the lip rolled in the front fender.
