    Anyone know what part number this tool is or more importantly where I can get it? I have a leak between the sealing surface of the intermediate plate and the transmission, need to get the intermediate plate off to reseal, however it needs to be pulled off.

    That's just a gear puller. You could probably buy any variety of them on Amazon or even harbor freight. There is nothing speacial about it.

    The top of the gear puller in your photo is common for many non-Ferrari tools. The thing you need to consider is whether there are any special adapters needed to connect to your transmission. The outside arms of most gear pullers have hooks to fit under the gear to be removed. That doesn't appear to be the case in the photo you shared.
