360 transmission whine

Relatively easy to do through the access panel behind the seats. Remove the water pump and you're looking right at it.

 

I've put about 500 miles on since the swap to Redline.
The cold / crunchy shift to second is still present but reduced and "goes away" with less heat in the trans than with the Shell goo.
Overall the shifting is as good or better than with Shell.
I'm keeping it.
