360 was missing tow hook, so I made one. (Also ball joint boot replacement)

Been doing work on my first Ferrari, 99 360 F1 I got a few weeks ago, and noticed it didn't have a tow hook.

I looked online and they were over $100.. That's pretty ridiculous to me so I took a 16mmx1.5 bolt, another old suspension bolt and a link from a chain and welded it together It's def strong enough and I hope I never need it.

Also I replaced all 16 of the ball joint boots as every single one was torn. A few of the joints had some rust and were just barely starting to get loose. I greased them all up, and they will hopefully last a bit longer before full replacement.

Last I replaced the tie rod boots because they were disintegrating as well. That was extremely hard to get the boots over the rods.

That's a good dimension to know. I'll check. I do plan on a track day or two once I finish the 6 speed manual swap. Though I race 944Spec and 24 hrs of LeMons so that takes up most of my track time budget!
