My 360's driver side door window is no longer working. The window went down and at the end of the travel I heard some grinding noise and then the window stopped working. I can raise and lower it by hand so I think the motor/gearhead unit is stripped. I now need to get at the assembly and need some help in getting the door panel off. I can get the aluminum panel off easy enough but then need to get the leather door panel off. Anybody know how to get the rest of the panel off?

I've never done it, but I watched them do it a dealership to my car. If you lift up the rubber piece at the top of the door you will find one screw at the rear and possibly one further forward, although I can't remember. The rubber strip separates from the leather. The rubber strip and the speaker at the top of the door do not have to come off, but they do have to be loosened from their normal position. The speaker literally pulls off and snaps back on. Once the rubber is separated from the leather, the leather section unhooks from the top, and comes right off. As I say, I've never done it, so you may want to wait for another response or two.

    Brian,
If I remember correctly, I use to have problems with the nuts that hold the window motor in place falling off on the early cars. Be sure to let us know what you find.
