My 360 is getting realy fast warm in the water. It go up to 100 degress celsius if you drive slow for a short wile. Is this a problem? And the red market comes much higher, is it ok if its go to the red market?

No! It is definitely not alright if it goes to the red mark.

When the engine is at full working temperature it should be 'way way' below the red sector, and any upward rise is a sure sign that something is wrong.

I would advise against any driving until you have any competent mechanic have a look, and see what is wrong.

If you 'roast' it you will be facing a huge bill.

No cars should be operating in the 'red zone.'

Sounds to be like your thermostat might be sticking. It should take quite some number of minutes to get the temperature of your entire coolant system up to even 50% mark. If the thermostat isn't opening you're only having to heat the water in the engine itself and that would take much less time, like two or three minutes perhaps. If your thermostat is stuck the engine will overheat very quickly and the cooling fans will not come on because the coolant in the radiators isn't hot.

Alternatively your coolant temperature sender may be faulty and you may not have any cooling problem at all.

One way or another you need to get this checked and should not drive with temperature int he red in the meantime.
