I read the thread on the great sounding scud 430 that had an xpipe design exhaust. I too loved the sound. The only thing I found close was the kreissieg design, as I'm looking for that F1 shrill. Wondering if anyone makes a xpipe design exhaust for a 360 spider that still makes that F1 (or should I say former F1) shrill sound?
I do make an X-pipe for the 360 (was initially designed for the challenge cars) which is basically a muffler bypass. With running just an X-pipe of that design, it will sound more like a challenge car, more raw and unrefined but lacking F1 sound. To get an F1 sound, you need to use a nice quality muffler with high flow cats and headers. Our 360 Spider sounds 90% as F1 as the 355 does with a full exhaust. It fully raises all the hair on your neck at full song and I am actually getting goosebumps writing this! The benefit of doing Headers, sport cats and mufflers is that A) The car wont be TOO loud to cruise in B) The car sounds absolutely phenomenal and will cause envy with fellow 360 owners C) There is a lot of power left on the table with the 360 plat form
