    DO YOU THINK THAT A AUTOMATIC TRANS CAN CHANGED TO A MANUAL, ANY IDEA AS TO COST AND WOULD IT EFFECT THE VALUE OF THE CAR? FRANCIS ps. sorry about the caps, didn't mean to shout.

    the answer to your question would be "yes, you can switch the automatic out for a manual." But if you are talking about one of queen mothers that came w/ the automatic as original equipment, I would beg you not to mess with it; there were only six made. As far as values go, I think you would absolutely (and negatively) affect the value if the car you were modifying was on of the original six.

    Agree with Bryan--anything is possible, but why? The originality people would be offended, and you'd be way underwater financially. If you want a 5-speed, buy one. Just my humble opinion.

    I actually have a 5 speed transmission removed from a 365GT2 +2 in my garage, one day someone will need one, I have no real idea of the value. It was overhauled with new parts from Maranello Concessionaires about 15 years ago.
