365 GT4 2+2 items needed

Please let me know if you have or know where to acquire the following items. Trying to complete our car.

Hood pad. Desperate for this! Need it within 2 1/2 weeks. Must be correct Zig Zag pattern


Modest want list,
* Jack, ratchet, and hammer for tool bag. I have the original bag and the piece used to connect the ratchet to the jack.
* Driver's side (not sure it matters) sun visor clip. This holds it in place
* Leather owner's manual pouch and misc. documents. I have the original manual.
* Correct battery hold down strap and threaded stalks
* Briefcase tool kit holder which fits inside the spare. I have a complete tool kit.
* Brake lines for all 4 corners, 8 total. Going to try PMB this morning.
* Silly little insert for the AC temperature knob which is about 1/4" diameter.
