has anyone ever seen, owned ,has pics or knows anything about 365 koeing boxers?...frank
yes koenig has modified some 365bb's.....i hear there was a yellow one at the mont trembla fca meet this summer in quebec
I considered buying a Rosso Dino/black Koenig 365BB back in the 80s, but passed on it. It sported big flares and very wide wheels w/P-7s, rear duck-tail spoiler fared into the deck, seats with big side bolsters, etc. I vaguely recall that it was in Atlanta (maybe at FAF?), and probably have some pictures someplace, but I don't know that I could locate them. I'll take a look and post them in the unlikely event that I can find them.
There's a Fly-Yellow one floating around Montreal Canada.....local Ferrari Club member owns it.....same car was for sale recently, and pics are in the archives I believe.
My dad had one, but unfortunatly, he passed away a few years ago so cant ask about it, heres some pics anyway though. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I had an early 512bb Koenig in the UK mid 80's. It was very quick but difficult to maintain as the engine had been totally modified and I had very little details of the parts used. Ferrari UK tried their best but it became, for me, too difficult to cope with , so car was sold to a man in Vienna around 1989.could find chassis No if helpful............
I believe this might be a 365 Koenig offered by dealer in Switzerland: This car has a swiss title and has been off the road for several years. The car was first registered in Switzerland on May 9 1975. Its chassis nbr. is F102AB18373. The mileage shown on the clock is 54254 kilometers. The König modifications are just bodywork (larger wheel arches, spoilers, door sills, larger wheels), there are no alterations on the interior or mechanics. Personally I am not a fan of the modifications. It could also be quite expensive to bring back into good runnign condition. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Stumbled acrosss some details on the '75 Koenig 365BB I mentioned in Post #4 above. S/N 18367 was for sale at FAF in Atlanta back in August, 1985 for $44,900- I passed on it. Here's the description I got from FAF: "Rosso Dino/Black. A Koenig style Boxer. Features include Koenig front and rear end, Koenig seat, muffler shroud and the largest 5 Star wheels and P7 tires you've ever seen. US legal with the proper papers. This is one of the most aggressive looking Ferraris we've ever had."
i just bought a car in europe with the identical wheels to the red car.has p7 tires, no hubs. need 2500$ for 4 .they are like new.
