I've got a 365GT 2+2 that's been in my warehouse for 15 years or longer. Its chassis number is 13127, built December 1969 (plates on door and in engine compartment). I'm not a Ferrari expert, but I can't find this number anywhere. I have the car's 38-year history (one owner during that time) and know the owner before that's name. The engine block number is the same as one recently offered for sale. Any information appreciated.

Wrong forum. You need to post in the Vintage section. The 365 GT4 2+2 is a completely different car.

Besides posting in vintage, post the numbers you are referring to. Are you saying a block with sn 13127 was offered for sale or are you saying a similar type of engine was offered for sale?

    Regards,
