    And the asking price is interesting considering the huge amount of visible work that needs to be done and not even taking into consideration what is sure to be a good amount of work on the stuff that you can't see.

    Oh, you don't need to overreact, I thought the numbers to the left of the decimal were fine! It was the 99 p that was excessive. ;)
