    I have seen a Ferrari 365GT4/BB LM, Le Mans body for sale. To my knowledge no such car was made by Ferrari. Would someone with some knowledge on boxers shed some light on this. Thanks very much.

    According to he book FERRARIS AT LEMANS there is a 365 GTB 4 IMSA in the photo below & a 512 BB IMsa, then there was the Pininfarina designed 512 BBLM.

    So it seems the seller has confused the models a bit

    Ferrari didn't make this car. It was converted from a road car by Chinetti's NART organisation. Raced at Le Mans, Daytona, Sebring etc.
    Where did you see the ad? Online? Can you post a link or a photo? That will give us a better idea.

    afriend of mine in the US now owns that 365 GTB 4 IMSA. Its possible that some1 is selling parts for his bodystyle of maybe he just meant a BBLM which looks very different than this

    It appears to have extended rear arches,but I can't see why it would be described as having Le Mans bodywork. Have you tried emailing for more info?
