How does this relate to Ferrari "0834" ( except by elimination or admission ) There is not an itemized manifest or detailed identifiable description of any kind...

Failing proper description / itemization shows the lack of sincerity or attempts to be less than forthcoming to effect a disguise of the true description of the shipment... in effect evidence of a nefarious act to cover up what is being shipped...

 

Cheesey, you forgot the invoice which clearly shows the VIN number of the Ferrari.

The Antwerp Custom receipt also sports the VIN of the Ferrari.

 

invoices generally do not accompany transit documents, customs receipt is after the fact, after items in container were identified at port of entry inspection... all of which goes to intent and less than full disclosure of shipment... should the shipment be screened for validity... reflecting on those shipping items with attempting to disguise

 

Not my experience Cheesey. An itemized invoice is an integral part, an essential part of any export shipment.

I did export and import a few cars in the same time period as this Ferrari.

What are you talking about? The Customs Broker can copy files in their place of business since they have several high speed copiers to do so.

The file was given to me and that file was mine, is the only Fact here to discuss. One can not remove a file forcibly or against ones will, since the Customs Broker has hundreds of thousands of files located in the warehouse in many file cabinets. You must ask for your own file.

This business is located at the Atlanta International Airport, the busiest Airport in the World, so tell me what are you talking about? More than that…what are you implying?

As stated in the documents, my file was sent to clear the car upon its arrival. You might take a look at the enclosed document ( The File) that was shipped from Yusen to L’Exceptional automobile. Sorry to rain on your parade but, I just can’t have you interpreting these documents.

P>S> The little Japanese girl testifying was such a petite angel and she could barely speak English. But you could only know that if you were there….Oh no!…. did I say that? I’m so sorry.
She said that I called her the B word when in fact she heard me say Son of a B word on the phone after she informed me the FBI were at Yusen claiming I was dealing in stolen cars with no evidence. Wow!!!

When she was on the witness stand she began crying a lot since she did not understand what was happening. I asked the lead attorney to please forgo any heavy questions.

Your prior acts circa 1989 and 1999 are what they are. In my view the only reason you were not convicted in 1989 is because some of the witnesses "reshaped" their testimony and because you lied to the FBI. The prosecution did not have the Bill of Sale from you to Kruch for $4,500 for 0384AM, nor any 1989 Georgia registration documents, so, in my view, you lucked out in 1989. If I am wrong, please show me with documents and trial exhibits.

Be that as it may, I would encourage you to share with this board any other pics or other docs you may have.

For starters, please post the Georgia registration documents and the 2013.11.07 Spohrer and Dodd demand letter, with attachments, that went to Bonhams. Why and when did you abandon that claim? Also, you said a "little birdie" told you that Bonhams paid _______ ______________ $500,000 to get the listing. Who paid, who was paid, when, where, etc?

I don't know who you're agreeing with. I have no opinion about Anderson's credibility. On the other hand you seem to think he has something credible to report about his conversations with birds.

Answer: That my friend is just “Urban Legend”. Someone said that to someone, who
told it to someone else, who said it to another someone, and that’s how these stories become “Urban Legend”.

Take a look at the FBI letter dated 1994 addressed to Ferrari SPA from The US Department of Justice ( FBI). The answer you seek is underlined on the pages. I’m sure the FBI was aware of the final outcome of the Atlanta trial. Some of the people posting on this site are often offering up misinformation instead of pertinent information.

Information such as:

There were no Duesenbergs, there were no Bugattis, no beautiful V-16 Cadillac’s, and there were no alloy Jag’s. no valuable Rolls Royce’s, there were NO hoards of fantastically designed automotive works of art in the junk pile known as the Kleve Junk yard. And there was certainly NO museum. Just some more “Urban Legend”

Kleve was not a rocket scientist, not an inventor, not an artist, not a physicist, not a certified craftsman, and not a genius. There were no stacks of money hidden in the woods, there were no completed Kleve cars, there were not multitudes of property’s, there were no expensive artifacts strewn thru-out Cheviot, Ohio. Just some more “Urban Legend.”

There was no real Ferrari Bill of Sale,( only a newly forged BOS) no Ferrari Title, no proof of ownership, no valid Police report with VIN for the Ferrari, ( before 1997). Just some more “Urban Legend.”

You see, no documents could be produced to show Kleve’s ownership in the Federal Trial in Atlanta, Georgia. Even Kleve stated he did not have any documents to the prosecution, the attorneys, the defendants and finally to the FBI in Atlanta.

Ohio Case A1306451 Gardner v Lawson, Ford, "financier claim" - major developments as to discovery. See the Clerk's docket for recent activity. Hearing on discovery compliance issues set for Jan 20.

Ohio Case A1404305 Ford, Lawson V Swaters, Gardner, "conspiracy to defraud claim" - defendant's refused to allow attorneys to accept service; service being done the long way.

UK Claim 2014 Folio 836 Bonhams v Swaters, Gardner, Ford, Lawson, "stakeholder claim" - set for a motion to see if Zanotti, Copley, Wexner should be added as defendants.

UK Claim HC14B02817 Copley, Wexner v Bonhams, Swaters, Gardner, "rescission claim" - not sure of latest since I am not a party.
