My 8 year old is able to string together more coherent and fact based arguments about being allowed to play with his Ipad

It's a real shame that the democratic nature of forums such as this provides anonymous users a platform to make wild & unsubstantiated statements such as " there was never a original 375 plus Ferrari chassis in OHIO, ever! PERIOD."

Easy to make any statement when you are anonymous, if you believed what you typed was true, you'd be happy to stand behind those statements in persona and provide some hard evidence, which you haven't done.

Until then, your posts and views will be treated with credibility they deserve.

    GOOD MORNING FC...
Traffic on the M6 is coming to a road block and more or less a car park, Burger Bars on the A27 are jam packed as people are still leaving Goodwood – it’s MAX Radio, broadcasting live from London this morning.

I couldn’t find any arrest reports for Ocean Joe. I only found one other investigation involving his ‘’troop leadership with the Boy Scouts’’. Seems he was ‘’asked’’ to leave the troop because he was teaching young boys how to tie knots in a strange way – his specialty I imagine.

I did call his first employer, an architect firm that said his first and last architect job was a ‘’student job’’ he received in school and he was asked to leave. Since then, I see he has not worked in any professional field. According to his depositions, which I was ‘’gifted’’ with, he’s tenure in the classic car market met with failure when he branched off on his own in the 1990’s. When he ‘’re-invented himself’’ as a car expert, it was while working for CG on this Ferrari deal. All part of his con-job.

Living on minimum wage with no assets for twenty years in South Florida when your name on a $18,000,000 Ferrari owned by Les Wexner means one thing . Ocean Joe is an extraordinary Con-Man. That adds up.

Since OJ lost his house ( the former CG property of Florida) , he has not worked for anyone other than CG, or CG associates. As his former employer said ‘’ He never finishes anything’, and is ‘’ a born loser ‘’. But I agree, he’s a con-man, and a damn good one. Dog Day : those South Florida links you posted were quite good, they described many ‘’Ocean Joe’s’’ being in the South Florida con-man paradise.

Can you ask Ocean Joe who’s Yo-Yo he is? Maybe it’s Tom Price or other Ferrari Collectors he’s reeled in ?

I hear things in SwissLand have ‘’turned around’’ . While the ruckus generated by Joe Ford to put a nail in CG backfired – it’s sent Ocean Joe into yet another investigation for fraud and his ‘’elderly promoter, blow buddy of Tom Price’’ into a criminal investigation in Germany. Opps ! Don’t blame the piano player, it’s Ocean Joe’s song !

You know Max, with all of these phone calls that you make, how do you ever get any work done? And why are you always making the calls, surely that is for Chris G to do his dirty work, you know you claim NOT to be Chris Gardner and yet you seem to get awfully involved. And btw, if the answer involves insulting me and my mother don't bother answering....... But if you want to have a rational discussion of the merits, please be my guest.

AND Dogday, take the red pills next time, not the blue ones (NEVER TAKE THE BLUE PILLS), a better argument would be that there was never any 375 Plus and certainly never any Ferraris full stop, anywhere, anytime, they are all aircars LOL.

They may well be all be one and the same as OJ suggests and if so, you have to admire the variation in each constructed character and language between them all. We have the good and the bad English/French/grammar, we have the lucid and the clearly insane and finally the funny and the just plain nasty.

You guys don't have to have us (I-PIs for LA-FBI) banned from this site. Just ask us in a nice way and we will in fact go away (for now anyway). The 100% truth, is the truth, and as we all know very well, the real truth -always- will win (big time) in the end. Got that OJ, JK, etc. (you are not the baby daddy! OJ!).

IF you as dogday were ever banned it was not by me. But you seriously need your reading comprehension skills checked if you cannot grasp the following simple questions that have been asked repeatedly. You continue to spew odorous assertions yet remain incapable of providing anything that resembles a shred of evidence. You wish to hide behind claims of connections with certain law enforcement entities yet your posts make those associations seriously questionable and if true then those entities should be severing all ties as your incoherence make you a distinct liability for them.

    So again the questions:

    1. Is it correct that Jim Kimberly purchased 0384? Yes/No
    2. Is it correct that Jim Kimberly owned and raced 0384? Yes/No
    3. Is it correct that Kimberly sold this car (0384) to Kleve? Yes/No
    4. Is it correct that the motor that Kleve sold to Leydorf from the car was 0384? Yes/No

For any NO please provide your reasoning and related evidence

JK, have you ever investigated high end- collector car fraudulent-documents-attachment-fraud? Again, we have been doing this for 35 years, we are in fact the best in the world at what we do. In this case, I myself busted Guy my X-partner (Guy hate me for doing so). End of the story. If the Ferrari replica was here is the U.S. (?) the LA-FBI would in fact own it, I will see to it. What is it that you do not understand about this above statement that we make here?

    For you JK.

Perhaps it's your total unwillingness to answer the questions JK puts forth. These are real world questions, not some play fraud detector operation.

It puts out there that 0384 did exist in the US in Kimberly's hands, then Hively, then Kleve, in Ohio no less. That is concrete and proveable. There is tangible, documented evidence of 0384 in those persons hands, and the actual physical evidence that was STOLEN from Kleve's property.

Maybe on your planet this isn't so, but in reality that is what is fact.

You know you are just missing the point here.

The Ohio court, or the Ohio FBI couldn't even demand Ferrari to release the Replica. What does that tell you? The replica is on a FBI pickup list, PERIOD (the 'period' is for you OJ/Con-man). Why, because it is a 100% documented fraud. Sometimes it take the FBI up to 10 years to investigate high-end fraud. The FBI is just to busy chasing low life towel-heads to try and protect the U.S. population 24-7.

What good does it do here, if we/I prove 100% fraud? The answer is zero, when the replica is over the water(?). That is the bottom line. I would like to purchase the replica for 2-3 million in order to use the well done "FERRARI" produced replica as a future major sample of how easy it is to produce a $10,000,000+ collector car fraud. A high end poster air-car replica, if you will.

Time will tell JK...time will tell...

Did you know at least 60% of all original AC Shelby cobra CSX vins claimed today are all frauds? Would you like to talk about some 911 Rs, 904s, 906s, 907s, 910s, 908s, 917s, chassis? How about some T70-III Bs chassis, or maybe some C-types, D-types, chassis etc.

This is why I have worked for over 13 years designing my original period chassis tubes test technology. That is the only way to truly document real facts concerning any fraudulent history claimed high-end collector car. All you have to do with the device is touch on the chassis front to rear and within 5 minutes....

With the power of all the photoshop documents producing cons and crooks in the world (and they know who they are), how in the hell is any one so-called expert going to stop all the fraud in the future, you can't! The only way is with the LA-FBI prototype technology.

After testing, say... a original claimed 25-45 million dollar GTO or 250TR chassis, and finding out that the chassis is a 100% documented fact chassis tested and is truly a original one. That could drive the values as high as 100 million dollars for some Le mans race history collector race-cars, if the race-car is in fact 100% original. Hell with Ferrari documenting some cars for 200,000-$350,000 a pop (con job)! The test will be 100% free to anyone!

I once asked a billionaire collector if I could test my prototype on some of his 8-cobras that he had in his collection (at one time). One of the cobra being a Daytona coupe (that is a replica, btw, and the owner doesn't know unfortunately). The collector said “no-way!” I said “what is there to hide?” I asked. So with that said, the real future of the high-end collector car market worldwide will in fact be a very good one with original GTOs (etc.) chassis selling as high as 100 million dollars.

The growing worldwide tech billionaires (I am into high-tech technologies designing all of my life) will just love the LA-FBI. I myself will be funding the seed monies for the LA-FBI/Gov in the future in the project. Kind of like SpaceX does and is doing.

    Dear F Chat Members,

All IMHO, this thread has been hi-jacked by one person using many aliases. Do not waste your pity. Despite those many aliases, he has one agenda - to deflect attention away from him and the misdeeds for which he is now under scrutiny. He is losing legal battles on multiple fronts.

I posted two devastating posts (p102, post #2027 and 2028) for the benefit of attorneys and the victimized public, thus he came back posting with both hands and with off-topic replies that rival the "blue parrot" (Monty Python reference).

Unfortunately for him, the attorneys are not swayed and he remains in their cross-hairs, as he should.

Having met with Ohio and Florida FBI in the past years regarding the Ferrari in question, I can assure you the reason they did not act is because the car had fraudulently been removed from the stolen car list, thus it was a "solved" file. That removal off the list coincides with the car's possessor admitting that 0394AM was a mistake and 0384AM was the actual VIN. Geeze. Is there no honor? Had it been on the list, things would be different.

Below are two events with underlying facts of which I am sure:

    1) The sale will be rescinded because Bonhams had no authority to sell.
    2) The HOA was never a binding, legal contract because there was no meeting of the minds.

On the above I am sure, more sure than I was when I appealed the Aug. 19, 2013 Order, which, after about a year, I won, appearing all by my lttle MG roadster driving self, "pro se," against Gardner's attorney.

On the above I am sure, more sure than I was when I filed my 29 page reply to the UPL complaint against me, which after about three months, I won, appearing all by my little MG roadster driving self, "pro se", against Gardner's attorney.

On the above I am sure, more sure than I was when I filed my reply to the very first hearing in the Gardner v Ford case A1306451, in which I stated the matter had to go to arbitration. After about a year, with help, I won on that issue as well. Now Gardner and I will arbitrate our Ferrari financing contract differences in Palm Beach County, Florida.

So, be wary of Gardner, he has tricked classic car veterans and tricked pillars of the classic car community. He is devious, willingly delusional, and has no regard for the truth nor empathy for those he harms. That list is long.

Gardner's aliases, first set up casually and some based on actual people, then set up hastily, that we can detect thus far, include and are not limited to:

    Onebugatti - Ap 2, 2008, ban lifted
Metalfinder - banned, combined into Onebugatti
OldRacer - Ap 4, 2010 based on Allen Markelson of Miami, FL
MBZGurl - Oct 3, 2010 based on Cyththia de Camp, Arizona I think
Tutis - Oct 9, 2010 based on Neil Wood of Camden, Maine
    Chrikky - May 4, 2014
    Max Vito - June 19, 2014
    Flobert - July 9, 2014
    Dogday - Ag 15, 2014
    Reproman - Ag 16, 2014
    Paraquat - Ag 17, 2014

It is funny how all those posters seem to have a singular, matching agenda - and the agenda is that of Gardner.

His other tells are "finially", "creditability", "principle", "period" and "end of story" and that quirk with his laptop for the symbol fo opening quotes. He is extremely insecure in his identity and places undo emphasis on one's appearance (crocodile shoes, capital, dinky toys, etc) as a measure of one's stature, the reason being because that is how he tricks his victims, with the false facade and appearance of "creditability".

It was fun letting him think he was fooling everyone, but those who know him at all know how he is. I did not know as much about him as I do know, and have profusely apologized to the Lawsons for ever involving him in any way.

Below is a private message I just received from "MBZGurl" who tells me she has not been reading for over a year, but somehow knows me well enough to call me "Joey" and knew within hours after I posted that the post had a referrence to her.

    Stay vigilent.

    Joe

The same is with all the thread names that you listed/produced (100% con....man....yo-yo-OJ). Stop smoking the weed son! Dam!

since you are so omniscient and boastful, why don't you list the case numbers by which your claims of "the replica is on a FBI pick up list"... it would be a way of verifying what you say... or simply post a copy of the documents that allowed for the entry of the car to the "pick up list"... inquiring minds would like to know...thus far you are not able to respond to questions such as the simple ones asked by JK... you probably won't answer this one either... if you can't produce, it didn't happen... just more blather destroying your already non existent credibility further

I tried to bust the replica claim with the Ohio FBI. The judge in the case know this very well.
The LA-FBI is 100% online on this one, the owner(s) of this site can see the FBI IP address.
Why should I say the case number, it is in the thread right (OJ documents)? You guys need to step-up and tell the truth at this point. The LA-FBI has -all- your Smartphones and Computers IP addresses now. Just tell the dam truth! Stop all the BS. Clean up the history on the 100% replica. Stop trying to help to drive-up the purchase price on the 100% AIR-CAR! Again, I am a buyer on the replica at 2-3 million, no one will go to jail and no more courts. Call my offer what you will. I hate auction houses, period (PERIOD is for you OJ/Conman).

    Doggy,
I think you have an overhang from your Anderson days and crazy drugs.
Let me conform you in the right direction, so the serious ‘collectors’ and expert Ferrarista’s can follow you on this thread.

Maybe you have something to say that is valid, or maybe not, because, it is a blur. I can understand that, and time will tell.

The car you are talking about, is the 'air car' - 'the fakey'…. 0386AM. It was the first Ferrari 375 Plus pulled out of the air by Zanotti/Favero. We know these……”long term partners in crime!” Then, as I see it, they hired your gang (spearheaded by Michael Kruch, Guy Anderson, Patrick Faucompre and a few other thugs) to steal the Kleve car. Follow me?

You and Guy Anderson were hired by, what we call, "The Mafia". The plan was to steal 0384AM (the real car), and clone 3 more (chewing up 0398AM in another planned theft).

"The Mafia" knew about this, I saw it, and they saw it too, in the F-Market Letter and figured it was an easy heist. Then, they generated 'Air-Paper' as you admitted. You are the one who supplied the thieves. Then, (I’m going to keep going on this….) a stranger appeared - Giles Christian - aka: Patrick Faucompre, (not even a French name for a guy with a French accent), a Frenchman carrying a purse (he posted on this thread) appeared and handed over $50,000 in cash. No receipt, no examining the car, nothing - just $50k in green cash for the successful theft. Follow me?

It was all part of a larger conspiracy. Next, was Ralph Lauren's Ferrari 375 Plus.

In my eyes, you are just a little guy, a light-weight, and still are today, similar to this character Joe Ford III….”an unscrupulous sleezeball” who will retribute and IMO will disappear into 'thin air'.

When you shipped the car from Georgia, it went to Michael Kruch. But, it went array – the Fed’s intervened. Michael Kruch had to find a real buyer to con - to conceal - the heat on the car. He picked Jacques Swaters through a few advisors and bad guys. Then, time passed and the Mafia Gang waited and waited. When the deal got done, and the parts were together, the car was announced at auction, then the Mafia met and out of the woodwork comes a High Street Barrister named Slade, and in the background: Zanotti, Guy Anderson, Favero and three other car guys..... do you know them? I do. Then, the story gets very twisted. I’ll be back....

Now, so...fill in the blanks for us. Answer the questions. I know what you can and cannot say. I know the game, which apparently….didn’t work out. Tell us how much Giles Christian made on the deal in June?

You can start without confusing 0386AM with 0384AM. Les Wexner has the real car 0384AM, and so pray tell - Where is 0386AM ?! Is it re-numbered yet?!

FChatties are listening, but, not for long……

    Paraquat
