3D printers

I'd 3d print some money and go buy what I need. And then 3D print some more 3d printers.

 

I think Jay Leno did something like this not for his gearbox or engine but for the oil pan or something like this. Saw it on this YouTube channel.

You can always print a lost-wax-image and cast in metal of your choice.

 

Yes, me too. I believe that for the next decade CMC will be necessary 100%. It's too early for 3D Printings..

 

I think the prototyping element of it is extremely compelling, as is the potential to move the process over to other materials for use in final products:

The thing is that this is not going to revolutionize the mass production element... but I think will have major implications for custom jobs, replacement parts, and very low volume work.
