Taken this morning at Coppet by another friend.
The silver 250 TDF is entered in the Concours (1035 GT), the grey 250 SWB (2321 GT) and the Daytona are display only.

It appears that the 275 GTB of Italian gunmaker Ugo Gussalli Beretta (Beretta arms) has not shown up in Coppet………..(it's listed as entrant).

I assume you ask re the "brown" Daytona Berlinetta #16037.
The exterior color is Marrone Colorado 106-M-73 and the interior is Beige VM 3218.
This Daytona was completed 19 July 1972. It belongs to Lionel M. in Paris, France.

Well done, congratulations to Kevin Cogan.
A fantastic car, no doubt. 0295 EU has been shown at Pebble Beach, Cavallino, Salon Privé, Arizona Concours, etc.
Vignale coachwork at its best, true "Art Déco".

What an unusual car. It is so crazy that I really like it.

Perhaps it was remarked before (but I could not find it), on reading Marcel Massini's book on Vignale, I see that the 0295 as of 1993 when the book was published looked a little different from the 0295 displayed here. As Massini noted, the original front bumper had been replaced by two bumperettes, and now the front bumper has returned. This makes the car look better.

0295 EU was totally restored to original configuration by Brian Hoyt/Perfect Reflections of Hayward/CA and mechanically by Patrick Ottis in Berkeley/CA.

    Some pictures...

My personal opinion on this contest:
    - too much cars
    - many cars in display only, which are not clearly separated from cars in competitions,
    - as already said, impossible to know a few days before the list of cars. So impossible to make a first selection of cars with a particular interest, to do some preliminary research, to be certain not to miss anything important (and not only for the Ferrari),
    - missing cars, others added at the last moment,
    - I admit that there are fans, but personally I think that Citroën DS or 2CV are too many and not really in the spirit of such an ambitious concours,
    - too much Bentley. A more rigorous selection could be made,
    - in short, the very (too) ambitious speech of the organizers is not really in line with the reality of the facts,
    - a positive point however: the BOS awarded to the 250 Europa Vignale!
Once again, it's just my personal opinion !

    - Best of Sound Trophy :

Wearing BOSE headphones, Jury members in turn listened to the symphonies of the engines of all the vehicles presented, before finally agreeing on that of the 1961 Ferrari GT 250 Berlinetta from the Modena Cars Collection. The recorded sounds will be archived, creating an extremely important audio archive).
