Hi Guys, Im performing a fuel Pressure leak down test on my 2011 Maserati with the 4.7 Ferrari engine due to a gas smell in the engine oil. The fuel pressure gauge shows 50 psl when engine is started . Engine off, the fuel pressure drops from 44 psi to 34 psi in an one hour, and loses all pressure in 5 hours. Question What is the correct PSI this engine should read with the engine on & off ? Is it normal for the fuel system to bleed off that fast ?
