The original rubber over steel bumpers are likely all "toast". You can check with Mostly British in upstate NY; they had 3+ 400's for parts. http://mostlybritish.com/

I bought a new one from Eurospares in 2009 for $442 including shipping. This was main center piece only. They are made in Italy in fiberglass ready to prime and paint. It was very well made. I paid about as much to get it professionally painted which was a waste of money. Sikkens Rally Black is a near-perfect color / glass match for originals. The spray cans are very good quality. It is available in gallons for professionals but complete kit (reducer + catalyst) would have cost more than my professional paint job! It can not be sold in many states unless they now make a water-based version.

I believe the US part suppliers can source the same bumpers and shipping will be about the same. My rear bumper is on a future winter R&R list.
