Looks like I have lost/mislaid my 400GT Workshop Manual. Anyone know where I can download another? Keeping The Faith, Ray.
Anyone have an electronic copy they wanna share? A few of us on this board need one. The 400 series is just about the last F-Car a competent DIYer can manage.
Sorry again for miss-leading everyone. I have parts and owners manuals on CD. I sure thought I had the workshop also, but I only have a paper copy.
If anybody wants the Parts manual (its 60mb) pm me and I'll point you to where you can get it the workshop manual isnt really worth the hassle, its good as a reminder if your a trained tech but not if you want haynes like how to's. Maybe it would be a good idea to keep any questions & the answers about how these cars come apart and go back together on this board to help the next guy
Ray, Mine is the 365 GT4/2+2 I do not have an electronic copy. I purchased a 365GTC4 2+2 manual because I have the 4.3 and purchased the 400i/412 for everything else. I think they are helpful. I have yet to see a 400GT. In my opinion the most under observed F car 4.8? with carbs holy s#%*.You can find manuals on E-Bay unfortunately not free .I will check on the Ferrari site and see if they are available. Rick
Ray, As I was looking for the manual which was only the Owners manual I remember seeing a post on the owners forum from you because we have a Ray Forester locally and at first blush I thought it was him. So to make a long story shortyou have probably already exhausted that resource. Rick
Thanks for everyone's efforts; fortunately, the Workshop Manual turned out to be in the boot (trunk) under loads of other debris - and now that I have been reunited with the car, i have the manual. Hurrah. Keeping the Faith, Ray.
