    Are there 400i front suspension parts (ball joints, bushings, etc.) that are the same as used on 308-328s?

    Thanks. Big difference in the weight of the cars, weight of the wheel/tire assemblies, etc. rebirthauto hit the nail on the head. At least it means they're available since they aren't unique to this series.

    Ball joints are also common with Maserati's and the control arm bushes I was told go back to Daytona's and some other front-engine V-12's.

    Does anyone here know the size of the bushing bolts?..30mm..33mm...I've already changed my 1980 400i ball joints and computer aligned the front and back..Wow..it's beginning to feel like a Ferrari..thanks..Jacques..
