Some time back I changed out a very fatigued steering coulmn switch..as careful as I thought that I was being, I find that there seems to be one "extra" Lt.Blue/yellow wire "siamesed" with another wire of the same color with no apparent home for the "extra" male spade connector..when I initially removed the old switch I made a diagram of the three male/female connector boxes on the steering column..the switch is an identical match cosmetically, but the wires in the switch..are different colors..obviously from a different series/year or mode every switch funtion seems to be operating properly..I just hate the thought of being incomplete electrically..uh..yes..I've compared many different shcematics for many different models/years before posting..any and all thoughts are welcome here..thank you all in advance..Jacques.

The extra wire is ment to enable the connector to handel more amperage. Plug it into the same lug as the other wire of the same color.
