I'm about to renew the suspension bushings on al four corners of my series 1 1980 400i.
does anyone here have a list of total bushings package, either in polyurathane or rubber. I have researched this ad nausium and have come to the conclusion that the 308,s bushings are the same as ours. Also, I'm going to leave the spot-weld in place and will replace the old one-piece bushing with a two part bushing. All thoughts, and any info will be very mush appreciated. Thank you all so very much. Jacques

I'm doing this now with a '78 and can generate a parts list but you should verify what is in your car. My car has the all steel 'pin bushing' on the inside of the 4 front upper arms. And 308 style rubber bushings everywhere else. I think that some but not all of the bushings are shared with the 308's. The 308 section and posts by birdman, BTW has good threads on the subject and also

For detail on the pin bushings. The pin bushings are said to be very durable but at 65k mine were cooked and replacements are pricey.

Also look into your ball joints, shock bushings, sway bar links, etc etc.

Many parts are common to Maserati and sold in sets for quite a good price and quality is good.

Some part numbers of the interchange parts would be great. My '83 auto is also in need of bushings all around.

Superformance (UK) sells bushes in sets or individually, as well as all the ball joints, only place I know of that sells them as sets, and at a good price.

Naturally you can buy OEM bushes from Ferrari dealers, Ricambi, Maranello Spares UK, etc etc.

If you're curious about "what fits what" you can enter a Ferrari part number on the Eurospares website and it will tell you what other Ferrari cars it is used in. Doesn't make it any cheaper though....

    EG #103170 superseeds to 104398, 111616, 111617, 154536, 157701, 161571, 163038, 601134, 601157, 641271 and is found on a lot of the 70's and 80's Ferrari's
including the 308 and 400i. But the 400i uses a whole heap of other bushes as well that are not used on the 308.....
