I agree the estimate seems low. There will be a 15% premium added. I would guess it will sell for over $60k. We'll see....
Seems to me like they estimated it like if it were an auto, not manual 5 spd. Perhaps it’s just a right hand drive thing. Ruben
The UK car market is not very strong at the moment. I think it is a realistic estimate to get the right interest and bidders in the room.

That seems very well bought even if not the best color (very subjective) and perhaps not in top condition. There can't be very many RHD 5-speed cars.
