355 4112 code

I'm getting an occasional 4112 'cam phase sensor' error code on the F355 on the 5-8 bank side. I've since replaced the sensor (on both sides), and been through an entire major service.

Whenever the dash light does come on, it's always after some driving and then coming to a stop, for example coming to a stoplight at a highway offramp-- the conditions are quite the same each time. I don't notice any performance issues at all. Any ideas out there?
