    The chassis number on my 412 is 81235 and is a rhd manual manufactured in 1989.

    I think this must have been one of the last made. Does anyone know the chassis number of the last 412 made and indeed how many were manufactured after mine?

    A long shot I know !

    There are 2 RHD manuals with a chassis number higher than yours.

    there was another thread on 412 manuals and I wonder have you accurate numbers for the lhd 5-speeds? with source? ;-)

    Ferrari Market Letter (June 1, 2002) says that the last 412 serial number was 82001 while Cavallino #138 says that the last 412 was 82153.

    Since Ferrari serial numbers in the interval between your number and the last number included all models made at the time, it would not be easy to figure out how many 412s from the last is your car.

    I believe that your RHD manual is one of only 24 made for the UK market.

    No, only the RHD drive ones.

    I believe a total of 24 RHD manual cars were made and sold through Maranello Concessionaires (UK), one was delivered new to Australia and the rest in the UK.
    The highest serial number of the RHD manual cars is 81803.
