    Hi guys,

Seems like a headlight problem this week reading the posts of this week. Not sure if it is the weather that turned around :)

When I cam back from Italy and my Mondi was out of business during 2 weeks my headlight pods didn't come up when I turned on the headlights. Making sure the switch was in the correct position the just all of a sudden popped up doing nothing.

So after a few day I noticed this only happens when it has not been driven for a few hours and when I turn on the headlights it take about 15 to 30 sec that the pods decide to come out. However the moment I turn on the headlights the do burn.

Might this be a realy issue? Thought I post a question here first since the last time I looked at the wiring diagram it gave me a headache for my Remote door locking indicator lights.

Not sure if this could be a outside Temp issue now that the weather turned around overhere.

    Thx

Ok, digging up this oldie! :)

As the issue often did not happen and just recently from my trip to Italy the pods now often stayed down and sometimes came up I could look at this one. Easy tracking you would thing, but lady grey had a mind of her own and each time when I had the time to look at it they came up.

Recently discovered that everytime I switched to city lights only (external light) and then to the pods they didn't come up.

Easy find it now was. Below reference character T was the relay causing it. (Relay for light lifting Motors (with low beams on))

Replaced Bosch relay 0332204101 with Bosch substitute 0332209151. In my humble opinion the delay was just a preliminary phase before the Relay really went bad. I consider this it as solved :D but report back again if it occurs again.
