Hello, I am again in the market to buy a F430 (totall loss on my 05 - will explain in a different thread) - I have the option between 2 - F430, one is MY 2007, with a few less KMs, the other one is a 2009 , more KM and some suspension job to be done. Prices are quite similar, same specs, (Rosso / Tan / Carbon ) I might be able though to get a better deal with the 2009 according to the suspension job which came out during the PPI. Was there any substensial updates in 2008+ which should make me go with the 2009 as a no brainer ? not sure the car had important updates after 2007 ? thanks !
If the suspension issue is fixable and not a sign of more gremlins in the closet, and the 2009 is a better deal, I think it is a no brainer to go for the 2009. Not many 2009s and will hold a premium for you whenever you go to sell it. This is all aside from it being refined over the years and carrying things like the CCBs as standard.
Just back from the PPI - havent a details report - apparently it's more a question of suspensions part to replace than deeper issues , also tire pressure diag issues which aren't major but to do. thanks
There's a database of changes been posted multiple times - try looking for that - probably in all the othet 430 buying advice threads
