    What is it with the alarm system in this vehicle? So, the car is locked and I unlock it, start to drive and the alarm goes-off. I pull over shut everything down, restart the car and the alarm goes off again. Finally I turn off the motor, get out of the car and lock the car. Then I unlock the car, get it, start the motor and drive away. No alarm this time.

    What am I missing? I have had this 430 for three plus years.

    sounds like dead batteries in the alarm siren... Plenty of info on this problem... search alarm siren in this forum...
