so I am about to replace my 360's brakes with 430 challenge ones. I got used parts from a wrecked 430 C, see pic.

    a few question

    1. what's the size of this nut? ( see pic) I don't even know how to measure it since it is deep inside the bearing
    2. what's the torque value of this nut?
    3. once torqued down, how do I make an notch on it? again , it is deep inside the cone.
    4. how to re-grease a bearing? just clean it up and use new grease? If so, what grease should I use?
    5. What's the torque on the single nut for the wheel?
    6. how do I "clamp" my 360's bearing's abs sensor to the 430c's bearing? I took my 360 bearing's abs ring off but it seems to be a little loose once I put it back again.

for conversion from a 360 modena, do we need a new brake line? Or the original 360 brake line would fit?

The capristo conversion kit has the "pin" outside the big 80mm nut. Does the OEM 430 challenge has this pin?

In my opinion, the "pin" on the capristo conversion is more or less decorative. Yes, it will keep the wheel from falling off but by the time the nut is stopped by the pin, the wheel is off the shoulder part of the hub, resulting in "minor" damage to the wheel, nut, and fender should the nut back off. I believe the locking mechanism on the 430 is more like the 458 where as once you reach the specified torque value, the lock engages. It's internal rather than a simple pin on the retrofit.

I have, and am still considering, fabricating spacers to fill the gap between the nut and pin on the conversion for my car to give me a little more piece of mind
