430 challenge wheels for 360/cs

sorry to intrude on this rarefied section but i have just acquired a new set of 430 ch centr lock wheels with hubs and centre bolts and intend to fit them onto my 360 cs. does anyone here know if the hubs of the 430ch will simply bolt on. i was told to transfer the 360 cs bearings n abs sensor onto the 430 ch hubs but another guy told me it might not be possible? does anyone have any view on the proper way of doing this or is it simply not viable?
