I am getting ready to trade in my 360 spider for a new 430. My current 360 has stock exhaust and I wish it were louder. I was going to order the tubi on the 430, but was told that the stock exhaust was much louder than the 360 and was fine. Any thoughts?

I think the stock exhaust on the 430 is terrific. There will always be owners who are willing to spend money on mods, so Tubi and Capristo won't go out of business. But other than prettier tips, I don't think there is much to be gained with an aftermarket 430 exhaust, unlike the 360.

Agreed. 360 stock exhaust is weak and needed a TUBI IMO, but the 430 stock exhaust sounds great.

I'm perfectly happy with my 430's exhaust and would not spend any money changing it.

I installed a Tubi exhaust on my 360 (big difference) and have one on my 575M. I thus recently installed a Tubi on my 430F1. The Tubi is definetly louder than the stock exhaust. Personally, I love it!!

I also heard a 430 with the baffles opened. The exhaust was a little louder with a deeper idle and low end sound. I suggest opening the baffles before spending $5K on a Tubi.

I just got my F430 F1 in August of last year and I think the exhaust note is excellent. Even the dealer in Scottsdale, Ariz. when asked about needing a Tubi to sound good said don't waste your money. He was right! When you hit that certain RPM range (not even that high), you'll be smiling from ear to ear.

Tubi has developed another exhaust for the 430 which is louder than their standard model. I think they tested it after the Cavalino at Shelton. Does anyone know about this model? I have an interest in having one but have not heard it yet.

Tubi or Capristo are a necessity on a 360, but the F430 sounds absolutely perfect stock.
I haven't heard a F430 with Tubi or Capristo yet.

I added a Tubi to mine. I wanted less backpressure. It is a nominal sound change if any. I actually do not care that much for the tips either. What I was looking for is more free flow air leaving the car. The car sucks in enough air. The stock exhaust just does not breathe out as freely. When you ease up on the pedal, you can feel the difference.
