    Did Ferrari get the bugs worked out of the F1 transmissions on the newest 430s? Or is it too soon to tell. Have any design changes been made?

    I have had my F430 for a few years and have not had a problem. There was a recall two years ago but nothing after that.

    I have had my 05 F430 for 10 months, have put on close to 6K miles. The car has been rock solid. I am about to take it on a 2K mile road trip. I dont expect any issues.

    Thanks for the encouragement. I read a post that talked about all the problems they were having with an 07 430 F1. I am going to be moving to a small town in Oregon and don't want to have to ship the car to Portland to get worked on.
