    I have a 06 430, just before the battery tender became standard fit. I have the Ferrari tender, right now it is connected directly to the battery. It is the modern CTEK type, it has the small 4 pin adaptor in the box as well.

    If I order part 200857, item 18 the battery charger cable

    Ferrari F430 (05-08) Parts : Table 50 - BATTERY

    will this light the Charger Connected light on the dash?

    Can I fit the charger cable in the footwell, like the 07 year and newer cars?

    You make your own connector for a lot less than that! I traced the plug back on the 360 wiring diagram to do this but events overtook me. I doubt it'd be difficult to do on the 430.
