Very nice! Congrats!
Great pics on the carbon fiber!! Very nicely done. I will order the option when my turn comes up next year. Enjoy your new car!!
Hi Jack, Congrats on the new ride! Car looks amazing. That being said I see a bizarre set of events unfolding in Southern California which could only lead to Watt purchasing a Yellow 430 Josh
Thanks guys for the kind words and well wishes -- I appreciate it. Now, to answer some questions -- in no particular order...... I may sell the CS, so if someone wants a PERFECT (better than new) low mileage yellow Stradale with a few important owner installed extras like air horns and custom clear bra, email me -- [email protected] Gary already answered the color question -- it's Argento Nurburgring. This color can look very white in certain lighting conditions. I've always wanted a white Ferrari. Carbon "driving zone" option includes carbon steering wheel and spokes/manettino/start button surround, paddles and instrument cluster surround. I believe the cost for this option is a mere $4200. I'm awaiting my sticker from FNA -- car was flown in -- books, sticker, extra keys do not arrive with the car. For Kuzi -- Options that I ordered, as follows: Argento/Nero yellow calipers instrument panel-yellow carboceramic brake system carbon kit for engine comp scuderia shields large racing seats w/conn (?) upholstered top leather rear shelf/door sills high power HIFI w/Sub Special stitching -Grigio chia Carbon dashboard inserts Carbon fibre for driving zone 6 CD changer Michelin tires Josh -- Re: Watt -- That would, in deed, be a strange turn of events, but I think Watt's next commuter car will be American -- perhaps a yellow ZO6. F114B (Wes) -- I won't be doing Monterey this year, but we must get together soon. Perhaps a drive up the coast to your neck of the woods would be the ticket or we could meet in Ojai and do a fun run through the Forrest.
jack with the options you have mentioned it would of blown the piggy bank into pieces. enjoy the ride rock on
Thanks, Fred. I think you need a YELLOW CS. Let's talk tomorrow. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Extremely well optioned car!! I love the sport seats and the yellow carbon brakes. The carbon driving zone is also very cool. Would you mind posting some pics of the carbon engine compartment? Thanks. Once again, congrats and enjoy.
Jack, Stunning combination. Is the exterior color a pearl white or is there some metallic in it- because it looks like there is a hint of silver in there. I never considered this color before, but after seeing these pictures I may have to change everything! Best regards, Jerry
jack can you post some pics of the 430. i am placing my order for the spider and was leaning towards silver. tired of titanium
It's not white although it can look white in some lighting conditions. It's a very light silver, not a great deal of metallic content, unlike Titanium. Gary
Thanks, Will. It's always fun to spec out a car. My problem has always been saying no...LOL At least I was able to show some restraint and didn't order: Nav, blue tooth, spare tire, fire extinguisher, run flats, tire pressure monitor, Stradale wheels and yet another interior carbon package -- there are probably a few additional options I overlooked. Of course, I have a second set of Stradale wheels/rubber which could go on the 430.
Let's see Lotus....CS......F430......Pagani Zonda! Jack that's it, you need a PZ to go with the rest of your stable. With red stiching of course! All kidding aside the pics don't do the F430 justice, much more impressive in person. Enjoy!
Thanks, Richard. You're right about the photos -- car looks much better in the flesh. After all, you did see my car before me -- that wasn't nice pulling my chain about the red stitching.
nice car jack!! now let's see a photo where it's not in the garage. don't forget the tyre protectors to keep them round
Wattster -- Is that the best you can do? Thanks for the invaluable advice -- you're definitely the man I will consult for my future car needs, mods and quality referrals. Have a great life.
